These Terms govern your use of SimCompare365 (simcompare365.eu). By accessing the site, you agree to them. If you don't agree, please don't use the site.
1. Scope
These Terms apply to all visitors, including readers, researchers, and anyone clicking through to a third-party operator. The site is a free, ad-supported comparison portal. There are no user accounts; nothing here constitutes a contract for service.
2. What the site provides
SimCompare365 publishes editorial comparisons of mobile and eSIM plans in selected European markets. We list prices, coverage data, and operator features so you can pick a plan. The actual mobile service is sold by the operator, not by us. Any contract is between you and the operator.
3. Use restrictions
You may not:
- scrape, crawl, or automate access in a way that interferes with site availability;
- republish substantial portions of our content without permission;
- misrepresent our editorial picks as operator endorsements;
- use the site to facilitate fraud, abuse, or any illegal activity.
4. Intellectual property
All text, data tables, and original graphics on SimCompare365 are copyright SimCompare365 unless otherwise marked. You may quote short excerpts with attribution and a link back. Operator logos and product names belong to their respective owners and appear here for editorial reference only.
5. Affiliate relationships
Many outbound links to operators are affiliate links. We may receive commission if you click through and sign up. This does not change our editorial picks — see the Affiliate Disclosure.
6. Disclaimer of warranties
We work hard to keep prices and facts accurate, but the site is provided "as is". We do not warrant that any specific plan, price, or coverage figure is current at the moment you read it. Please verify with the operator before purchasing.
7. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by EU consumer law, SimCompare365 is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from your reliance on the site. We cannot exclude liability for intent or gross negligence.
8. Governing law and jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by Austrian law. EU consumers retain mandatory consumer-court rights in their country of residence. For cross-border disputes, the EU online dispute resolution platform is at ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr/.
9. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms when our practices change. The "Last updated" date above marks the most recent revision. Material changes will be announced on the homepage for 30 days.
